Our managing attorney, Ashley Clinkenbeard, has more than a decade of legal experience, having been admitted to the California State Bar in 2011. She is licensed to practice before all California state courts and the Federal Court in the Central District of California.
Her corporate background includes serving as in-house counsel at True Religion Brand Jeans, where she managed international corporate governance, intellectual property, and operational agreements, and later joining the in-house legal team at MedMen, where she focused on labor & employment policy development and commercial contract drafting.
As the principal of her own law firm since 2018, Ms. Clinkenbeard handles both civil litigation and transactional matters, focusing on labor & employment guidance, contract negotiation, real estate transactions, and business solutions.
